The Harlem Group can offer all types and qualities of dried fruits, like raisins, prunes, apricots, dates and figs.

Raisins are dried grapes that grow in dry, warm climate. The raisins come in different qualities, depending on what grape they are derived from. The raisins can be dried mechanically in a drying tunnel, but it is most common to spread it out on cardboard in the fields and let it dry in the sun.

The largest producers of raisins are USA and Turkey.

Prunes are dried plums that are harvested, spread out on cardboard and dried in the sun. The stone is mechanically removed, either by a stick that push the stone out or by squeezing the prunes.

The largest prune producers are USA and Chile.
